Quality Issues

Yes you can. 

We take huge pride and work extremely hard to ensure that only high quality durians are packed for you. 

In the unlikely case that you encounter durians that are sour, please follow these steps:

1) Whatsapp 98222495 and tell us the problem. It will help to furnish us with a picture too.

2) Provide an order number or a receipt number. (Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, we cannot carry out any replacement)

 

We will provide a replacement the following day. Please note that we will also bring back the rejected durian for lab testing if necessary. 

Our farmers work hard every year to improve the quality and yield of the fruits. 

They would love to cultivate durians that consistently comes with small seeds. 

However, as of today, it is not possible.

Mao Shan Wang does have a higher occurrence of small seeds, but it's not 100%.

There will be a mixture of big and small seeds. It's natural, and beyond our control. 

Hence, we cannot allow exchanges or replacement based on seed sizes.  

That's a tough question. 

The short answer is, it depends.

We will reject unripe or underripe durians, that's for sure. 

However, fully ripen durians does come in a range of taste and textures - some drier and sticker, some custardy, and some soft, creamy and moist. 

Different customers may have different preferences. As the saying goes, "One man's meat, is another man's poison"

 

We want to do our best to match up to an individual's particular taste preference, but at times, we may fall short.

In the unlikely event that you received unripe or underriped durians, please follow these steps:

1) Stop eating and put it aside.

2) Whatsapp 98222495 and mention that it is sour. Take a picture too.

3) Provide an order number or a receipt number. (Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, we cannot carry out any replacement)It dep

Questions About Delivery

Our delivery hours currently is between 7pm to 10.30pm (SUBJECT TO STOCKS ARRIVAL**)

As durian arrival timing is rather erratic, we are unable to allow customers to select a specific delivery time on the actual day of delivery.

If you have a party and require your durians to arrive at a very specific timing, we will suggest for you to order the durians ahead of time. 

Perhaps place your order and have it delivered a day before your party.

Our durians are imported in fresh daily.

Traffic conditions on the North-South highway in Malaysia can be rather erratic, we are unable to allow customers to select a specific delivery time.

If you have a party and require your durians to arrive at a very specific timing, we will suggest for you to order the durians ahead of time. 

Perhaps place your order and have it delivered a day before your party.

We will first attempt to give you a call to ask for permission to leave it outside your house. 

If that's not possible, then we will bring the durian back to the outlet and have it chilled at 4°C. 

You may either self collect at our outlet or have it re-delivered at an additional delivery fee of $20.

Note: For customers who stays in a condominium, the delivery guard usually doesn't allow us to leave the durians at the guard house. If that's the case, we will bring the durians back to our shop to chill it at 4°C. You can either collect it from our outlet or request for a re-delivery. Please note that there's a redelivery charge of $20.

 

Last mile delivery in Singapore is extremely expensive - the usual cost of on-demand doorstep delivery is between $16 - $24. 

We are unable to subsidize the delivery cost twice over.
